  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If i could give 0 stars i would! I shopped at wetherill park. Maria served me. I had bought a bunch of things however, i told her to return an item at the counter. She put aside the item. When i got home, i realised she charged me $50 for the item i didnt receive. I called up spotlight asking for a refund. I was served by chelsea and arick. They told me they would refund it. I waited two months and they still havent refunded the money. I called up again and spoke to the manager. I was very disappointed with the way the manager talked to me. She disrespected me and told me i had to come in store to get my money back. I dont feel the need to come back all the way to the store for a mistake they made in the first place. I am very appalled with the whole experience.
