  Front end staff are friendly and efficient, store is clean and tidy. Treatment of a pensioner that was not feeling well was disgusting.
  My mum was booked in for drops and an eye examination, we were told it would take 20 minutes after the drops were placed in her eyes for them to do an eye test. Told to go and order lunch and mum would be there by the time food arrived, after waiting 40 minutes for mum to arrive I rang the optometrists to find out what happened and was told she had just left. After lunch mum returned to Specsavers Wetherill Park for a further eye examination. After this was completed she was made to sit outside of the optometrists room and she would be seen shortly with the results. After waiting for over 1/2 hour the optometrist came out of the room, took the board with mums paperwork on it, placed it back on the door and grabbed another persons paperwork that had just come out of another room. My mum asked if she could go in first as she had been waiting for the longest and was told by Song Vu Vu (optometrist) that the other lady was waiting for longer and she was first, Song Vu Vu then closed the door.
  This type of treatment to an unwell pensioner is disgusting and should not be tolerated by the management of Specsavers Wetherill Park.
