For many years, I went to yoga studios in the inner city - I was so relieved and amazed that we have quality like Illuminate in my own hood. Can’t wait to get back to the studio.

I love Illuminate Yoga because this studio has given me a new found sense of empowerment.
I was guilty of being a yoga cynic, BUT have since discovered there is so much more to it than just stretching and OOOOOOMing. It's hard to put it into words, but Illuminate Yoga have unknowingly enlightened and have inspired strength, happiness and love. Awareness of not only my body, but state of mind.
It is beyond amazing how strong and how each yogi teacher have their own unique style and honest vibes that they bring to the mat. They are beautiful, beautiful individuals who open their kind minds and hearts to us yogi amateurs! It's infectious.
The good kind.
You're accommodated you with mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and (my favourite) eye pillows. Classes range from beginners, open, dynamic and yin. I've grown super attached to this studio and have mega gratitude for their guidance and lovelovelove.
