- Ohyeahuio AJ Added June 05, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Built a project home with Beechwood Homes and was let down in many ways. During sign off we were lied too and deceived. Had ongoing problems and ended up using a private builder to fix all of Beechwood's stuff ups. This experience has changed my mind completely about project homes and although they may be slightly cheaper the headache just isn't worth it. Find a good private builder, it's definitely worth it.
