    I was trying to make an appointment, I spoke with one of the staff there with short greyish hair. She was asking questions which was totally fine but she became really offensive as if she ddnt want to entertain me whatsoever, she started telling me that what I wanted would be a difficult job and when I asked for a quotation of how much it would cost she just pulled out a price that’s according to her liking as if she just thought about it and said the price just so I can just leave because she just simply ddnt want to do the treatment I want. She just thinks I can’t afford the price and just wants me to leave and make no appointment with them. It’s just disappointing as a first time customer there, I was treated horribly and the girl had attitude. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone I know. The customer service was really bad and they don’t deserve such high rating to be honest.

    I can't say anything negative about this Salon I've been going there for years - I travel from Canterbury... absolutely amazing and highly highly recommend it.
